NextStep's Primary Care services are the foundation of healthcare, offering individuals a vital point of contact for diverse medical needs. Our comprehensive range includes preventive care, health screenings, and expert management of illnesses and chronic conditions.
Behavioral Health
NextStep's Behavioral Health team supports & treats a broad range of diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, psychosis, & PTSD while providing emergency psychiatric services as needed. They work in tandem with our medical providers to ensure our approach to our patients is individualized.
Case Management
NextStep's Case Management team assesses, plans, and coordinates services for individuals facing complex situations. They advocate for clients, monitor their progress, provide education, intervene during crises, maintain records, collaborate with other professionals, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
ABOUT US
Next Step was created due to the experience a small group of professionals had working for non-profits and private organizations, in which the immediate need of the individual was fulfilled without addressing the underlying issues. Next Step's mission is to not only fulfill the immediate need, but to provide guidance to take the Next Step in the journey to a productive, fulfilling, and healthier life.
